The Dean of the College of Marine Sciences, Professor Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Interior in recognition of his prominent role in supporting anti-drug awareness campaigns and his outstanding efforts in this field.
Similar letters of appreciation were also received by Dr. Nadia Ali Hussein, Head of the Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit; Assistant Lecturer Azhar Kamel, Head of the Documentation Unit; and Ms. Sawsan Abdul-Razzaq Salem, an administrator in the Documentation Unit, in recognition of their effective contributions to strengthening this campaign and raising awareness among students and the community.
This recognition is an acknowledgment of the sincere efforts exerted by the Deanship in confronting the challenges of drug abuse and underscores the College's commitment to promoting health values and awareness within the community.
