The College of Marine Sciences strengthens its journey towards digital transformation: a specialized workshop on the HEPIQ quality system

In a move that affirms its unwavering commitment to implementing international quality standards and shifting toward administrative automation, the College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basra held a qualitative digital lecture on the mechanisms for accessing and operating the HEPIQ system (Higher Education Information Management System).
The lecture was directly supervised by the Dean of the College, Professor Osama Qasim Khalifa, who places utmost importance on enhancing the efficiency of staff in using modern digital systems.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Nadia Ali Hussein (Educational Guidance Officer) and Assistant Lecturer Azhar Kamel Nasser (Documentation Unit Officer).

The lecture focused on a detailed explanation of the "Steps to Access the HEPIQ System," a pivotal system that aims to automate administrative and academic processes and collect institutional data with high accuracy. This represents a fundamental pillar in assessing the quality of the college's institutional performance according to national and international standards.
