Assistant Lecturer Azhar Kamel Nasser, a lecturer at the College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basra, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the office of the Deputy Governor of Basra, Engineer Zaid Mu'ayyad Al-Amara.
