A lecture on administrative automation using the SIS system was held at the College of Marine Sciences on Monday morning, June 2, 2025. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Furqan Khaled Kashish, and attended by the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Nouris Abdul Ghani Al-Faiz, and the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abdul Hussein Hatem Ghazi. The lecture was also attended by the Student Affairs Officer, Dr. Ayman Ghazi Faisal, the Director of Human Resources, Mr. Manaf Hamid Hazam, and the heads of the various departments and administrative units. The lecturer provided a detailed explanation of this system and how to enter (HR) data for faculty and staff at the college and support it with the required documents. Other topics related to this system will be discussed in order to complete all college matters within this system, in accordance with the directives of the university presidency.
