The College of Marine Science has been honored to hold the evening meeting of the University of Basrah Council. The Chancellor Dr. Saad Shaheen and members of the University Council had a tour in the College building before the meeting. They were accompanied by CMS Dean Dr. Hamed Al-Saad, the Associate Deputy for the administrative affairs Assist. Prof. Ali Mahdi Nasser, the head of Natural Marine Science Department Prof. Abdul Hussain Hatem Ghazi, and the Head of the Applied Science Department Prof Wisal Fakhri Hassan. The Chancellor of the University appreciated the advanced steps taken in preparing the Collge needs and promised to provide additional support to complete the other needed supplies.
