The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Marine Sciences, in collaboration with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, held a seminar entitled "The Use of X-ray Diffraction Techniques in Geology and How to Identify the Minerals Composing Rocks and Sediments." The seminar took place in the conference hall at the College of Marine Sciences.
