The Dean of the College of Marine Sciences visited on Wednesday morning, 5/22/2024, accompanied by the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Nawras Abdel-Ghani, 

During which he met with the Border Commander of the Fourth Region, Major General Dhafer Shalal Mezher.

 The two parties discussed the horizon of scientific cooperation, especially with regard to scientific trips conducted by professors and students of marine sciences to Iraqi marine waters. For his part, the Commander of the Border Forces welcomed the visit and promised to facilitate all matters related to strengthening scientific cooperation in a way that serves the interest of the country and our students.
