Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, President of the University of Basrah, and his accompanying delegation visited the College of Marine Sciences on Monday, May 11, 2026, to observe the final examinations and monitor the organizational procedures within the examination halls. They also reviewed the nature of the exam questions and their alignment with the curriculum.

During the visit, His Excellency commended the efforts of the College Dean, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, as well as the examination committees, for their work in providing a suitable environment for students and ensuring the smooth conduct of the examinations.

The University President also emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial regulations and instructions to guarantee the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of the examination process.

This visit is part of the University's ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the final examination procedures to ensure full compliance with the approved standards.
