The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Marine Sciences, University of Basra, held a training course entitled "Job Search Skills" on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the conference hall. The course was presented by Dr. Ayman Ghazi and Dr. Maha Abdul Hussein.

The course covered the concepts of job search skills, resume and cover letter writing techniques, and effective job search methods across various platforms. It also included practical training in interview skills and self-presentation.

The course aimed to develop the trainees' abilities to navigate the job market and raise awareness of job application methods, thereby increasing their chances of securing suitable employment.
