Dr. Nadia Ali Hussein, a faculty member at the College of Marine Sciences, University of Basra, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for the international Open Veterinary Journal, which specializes in veterinary medicine and surgery, pathology, parasitology, microbiology, epidemiology, public health and One Health, animal nutrition, reproduction, zoology, genetics, and biotechnology.

Dr. Nadia explained that the journal is open access and publishes research in the fields of veterinary medicine and health sciences. It is indexed in Scopus and Clarivate within the second quartile (Q2) and possesses a high impact factor, reflecting the quality of the research published within it.
