Participation of the Administrative Assistant at the College of Marine Sciences in an expanded meeting to develop administrative procedures

The Administrative Assistant at the College of Marine Sciences, Professor Abdul-Hussein Hatem Ghazi, participated in a meeting held at the University of Basra's Presidency Building with the assistant deans of all colleges. The meeting was chaired by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Nema.

The meeting aimed to discuss important topics to ensure efficient administrative workflow, emphasizing the importance of preparing for the current academic year and providing the necessary supplies for the success of the educational process. Directions were also given to adhere to ministerial directives and official working hours to ensure staff availability.

The Assistant emphasized the need to review job descriptions for all administrative staff and distribute tasks according to qualifications and experience, which would contribute to raising the level of performance. The importance of ensuring the safety of civil defense procedures was also emphasized to ensure the safety of buildings, employees, and students.

The assistants reviewed some of the obstacles facing their work, and the Assistant promised to work to find appropriate solutions to overcome these difficulties, serving the educational and academic progress at the university.
