Within the framework of enhancing scientific cooperation between state institutions, an initiative was launched to donate scientific books in support of academic research.

In a distinguished scientific initiative, Assistant Lecturer Azhar Kamel Nasser, a lecturer in the College of Marine Sciences, presented a collection of (40) approved books and scientific resources for research writing, in support of the research and scientific movement. This generous initiative was supervised by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa.

A select group of lecturers from various colleges contributed to this initiative, including Assistant Lecturer Ali Khalaf Muhammad from the Palm Research Center, Assistant Lecturer Sajjad Sabah Adham from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, and Assistant Lecturer Duaa Muhammad Khalifa from the College of Education for Girls.

The initiative witnessed active participation from students from the Department of Psychological and Educational Sciences and the Department of History in the College of Education for Girls, along with students from the Department of Intelligent Medical Systems in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, as well as students from our college's Departments of Natural and Applied Sciences.

This initiative aims to support the Center for Basra and the Arabian Gulf Studies and contribute to enhancing the scientific and research culture among students by providing solid scientific resources that contribute to developing their academic capabilities.
