Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, Dean of the College of Marine Sciences, honored Assistant Professor Dr. Gibran Khalil Hassan, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, in appreciation of the support he provided to the College of Marine Sciences.
