The Department of Applied Marine Sciences at the College of Marine Sciences organized a scientific trip to the scientific research station affiliated with the Marine Sciences Center located in the Harir area as part of the Basics of Environmental Science course. The scientific trip included learning about the marsh environment and methods of measuring environmental factors in the field, training students on scientific field equipment and explaining how to use them. The students were accompanied by a group of professors of the theoretical and practical Basics of Environmental Science course.
