Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abdul Yasser Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, and under the slogan "Science and Construction", the University of Basra held the graduation ceremony of its fifty-seventh (57) session for the academic year 2023-2024.

The ceremony was held at the Minaa Sports Club Stadium, in the presence of the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, and a large number of professors, officials, families of students and graduates. The attendees expressed their pride and honor in the graduation of this group of students, who represent the future of the nation and a fundamental pillar in its construction.

The ceremony included various activities to celebrate the graduating students, and the top students were honored in an atmosphere that reflects the importance of science in building an advanced society and achieving sustainable development.
