Registration and Student Affairs College of Marine Sciences:
Mechanism for registering students accepted centrally in the morning for the colleges of the University of Basra for the academic year 2024/2025
The first step:
1- The student's official documents (national card or citizenship + nationality certificate - residence card) original + color copy.
2- Graduation document or confirmation of grades addressed to the University of Basra - the college accepted to, for example (to the University of Basra / College of Arts).
3- Medical examination (from the nearest hospital or health center) to the student's place of residence
4- Requesting those accepted into colleges to examine (CBC) or (Hb_Electrophoreis) at the relevant examination centers.
5- Personal photos, number (8) with a white background.
The second step:
Upon completing the required documents for the student:
1- Create an official and private mail or email for the student.
2- Personal mail or email for one student only (not allowed for more than one student).
3- Open the official website of the University of Basra.
And upload all the required documents (as in the first paragraph) in the fields designated for each document.
Step Three:
After completing the registration on the website (as in the second paragraph), you will receive a message via the student's official mail about the date of the review of the college accepted into.
When reviewing:
1- Bring the documents as in the first paragraph.
2- A copy of the central acceptance showing the name of the student accepted into the college.
Step Four:
Upon completion of the registration process in the college, we will announce the department acceptances through our official channel affiliated with the University of Basra on Telegram according to the ID (iraq_a_s_d)
