The Department of Applied Marine Sciences, Level 4, at the College of Marine Sciences organized a scientific trip to Al-Wisal Laboratory for Environmental Analysis and Consultations and the Shatt Al-Arab Regulator.
Which included a visit to the Al-Wisal Scientific Laboratory for environmental analyzes and consultations and getting acquainted with the equipment in the laboratory. After that, one went to the Shatt al-Basra Regulator and listened to an introductory lecture by the director of the Regulator. Samples were taken from the site, some water characteristics were measured on site using field devices, and a field reconnaissance tour was conducted. To the organizer, he explained the work and showed him the navigational opening, and then headed to the mangrove planting project.
