Coinciding with the University of Basra’s celebrations of the sixtieth anniversary of its founding
The Dean of the College of Marine Sciences, Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, honored a number of teachers and employees this morning, 5/2/2024.

If Dr. Youssef Shafi Jabr was honored for his sincerity and dedication to work during his tenure as Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and a number of teaching staff were also honored on the occasion of their obtaining a doctorate degree and for their distinguished role in serving the college despite their being part-time at the time.

They are Dr. Fadel Jabbar Farhan, Dr. Salah Mahdi Saleh, and Dr. Furqan Khaled Kashish
